Terms of Service

You may use Afocha to create or join community groups (afochas), manage events, share announcements, and coordinate mutual support. You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully, and to treat other members with dignity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an afocha, including verification of your identity.

You retain ownership of content you post, including announcements, event details, and documents. By posting content, you grant Afocha a limited license to display it within the platform as needed for your community.

Afocha is built on the traditional values of community, heritage, and mutual support. Members must not harass others, post harmful content, or misuse the platform for commercial spam. Group administrators are responsible for moderating their own afochas.

Individual afochas may collect dues from members for mutual support activities. Afocha the platform is not responsible for how individual groups manage or distribute these funds. Disputes about dues should be resolved within the group.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community. Group administrators may remove members from their afocha according to their own rules.

Afocha is provided "as is." We are not liable for disputes between members, losses arising from platform use, or the actions of individual afocha groups.
