How do I create an afocha?
Click "Create Afocha" from the header or homepage. Fill in your group name, type, description, and location. Your group will be live immediately after verification.
How do I invite members?
Open your afocha page, go to the Members tab, and click Invite. You can share an invite link or send invitations directly.
How do I join an existing afocha?
Browse the Afochas page, find a group that fits your community, and click Join. Public groups let you join instantly; private groups require admin approval.
How do I reset my password?
Visit the Forgot Password page from the login screen. Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.
What is an afocha?
Afocha is a traditional Harari community association where neighbors support each other during life's important moments. Our platform brings this centuries-old tradition into the digital age.
Is Afocha free to use?
Yes. Creating and joining afochas is free. Individual communities may collect dues from their members for mutual support activities.
